FLORIDA LEATHER WEEKEND
VENDOR MARKET RULES
I understand and agree to the following:
THE EVENT opens to the public Saturday, November 10th , 2025 Saturday from 2 PM TO 10 PM.
THE EVENT is rain or shine and there will be no refunds due to weather.
No refunds will be issued for any vendor fees where the vendor has failed to provide documents as required here or has failed to comply with any licensing or permitting requirements of any local, state or federal government entity.
Vendors are required to vend on Saturday from 2 PM to 10 PM.
Vendors may begin to arrive no earlier than 11 AM on Saturday for load in and setup. Set up must be complete by 2 PM Saturday. If you require additional setup time, please contact the vendor market coordinator. If you require special arrangements or have questions, please contact Event Site Logistics. (email address listed below) You will absolutely not have any vehicular access to any part of the festival area, including this vendor area after 10 AM by order and enforcement of WMPD.
Vendors should plan to bring their own carts to move any supplies from the edges of the festival area.
Vehicular access to the vendor area will not resume until some time after Midnight Saturday at the earliest and very likely not until several hours after the end of the festival. Vendors must still vacate the area taking all materials with them no later than 60 minutes after the festival end. Vendors may not break down their spaces prior to 15 minutes before the closing of their festival area.
Any vendor using a canopy provided by the THE EVENT must be completely cleaned up and out from under the Canopy by 30 minutes after the close of the area in which they are vending.
Electric use is limited to no more than 100 watts.
No vendor, including food vendors, may sell any drinks containing alcohol. Sale of non-alcohol drinks may be limited or prohibited at the producer's discretion. Drinks that are similar or equal to drinks for sale by the producer or it's affiliates may not be sold at a lower price than the producer.
Placement of vendors within the vendor area is entirely at the discretion of THE EVENT producers and staff. The layout and placement of vendors within the vendor area will be finalized approximately 7-10 days prior to the event. The layout will be provided to all vendors at that time. If a vendor has any concerns or special requests regarding placement they must be communicated to the vendor market coordinator (email address listed below) no more than 30 days prior to the event.
All Vendors are expected to dispose of all trash and unwanted items in the trash cans provided or the dumpster to the rear of the building. Disposal of bulk items is prohibited.
