Florida Leather Week Code of Conduct
Florida Leather Week is a celebration of openness, fun, and self-expression within a safe and respectful community. By attending, all participants agree to the following:
1. Respect Public Laws & Spaces
- All attendees must abide by all city, state, and federal laws, including those governing public behavior and nudity.
 - This event is not a sex party: sexual activity is not permitted in public event areas, venues, or spaces open to the public.
 - Please be mindful that we share our surroundings with local residents, workers, and businesses. Make sure your conduct honors our hosts and the greater community.
 
2. Consent is Mandatory
- Always obtain affirmative, enthusiastic consent before physical or intimate contact of any kind.
 - Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Please respect “no” or any indication that someone is uncomfortable, immediately and without argument.
 - Do not touch, photograph, or otherwise engage with anyone without their clear consent.
 
3. Be Respectful
- Treat fellow attendees, staff, venue workers, and local neighbors with respect, regardless of gender, orientation, expression, or experience.
 - Harassment, discrimination, or any kind of aggressive or unwelcome behavior will not be tolerated.
 
4. Privacy
- Do not take photos or videos of anyone without their permission.
 - Respect the privacy and boundaries of others, both at event spaces and in public areas.
 
5. Accountability
- Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event without refund and/or a ban from future events.
 - Any illegal conduct may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
